I’ve been a big time slacker in regard to riding my friend. I think I have about 1300 miles on it. Perhaps 100 on it after installing the plate. Life and changing work assignments have gotten in the way. I don’t think I’ve ridden since early November I’m currently spending most of my time about an hour north of San Francisco and will be for the rest of the year. BUT! I brought my bike with me and as soon as it stops raining here I hope to spend every other weekend riding in motorcycle heaven. I figure over the course of a weekend I can spend plenty of time heading north and playing on my favorite roads . Hopefully numerous weekends can be spent doing that :)

Oh...... batlescars........none at all yet.

At least your somewhere warmer! It’s been a cold and until this week, dry winter. I managed to put on 3500 miles up until the start of December.

I hope to meet up sometime and ride.

I finished a personal goal on Saturday, with Hawaii being my 50th State. Cool feeling. When the people who rented me the bike heard what I was there for they gave me a huge discount and when done gave me a free T-shirt. (With their logo of course. ;) )

Very nice. Wife and I are doing that in a couple weeks on Maui. Same response from the rental manager, she was stoked and gave us a nice discount plus telling us she planned on giving us tee shirts or some other swag, (no doubt with the shop logo too).
