Yea I get that, what I'm saying is I haven't changed anything yet, haven't added the risers & haven't moved the bars from stock, so with no slack in the wires now, moving them up & back would seem to me to make them tighter yet. I'll see what happens, maybe I can release a cable tie down lower to get some slack?
Gotta find where your wires are caught up. They shouldn't be tight.

I do apologize for that. I thought you had the risers on.
If the wires are that tight stock, something is wrong. Look for the places they are tied and cut those ties. You can always replace them later.
I cut all the ties on mine and took them out of the wire holders. Then I turned the wheel hard rt and left to see where they are hanging.

If that does not help, you may have to take it to a dealer.

No problem, I'm going to take a close look at the harness when I get a chance & see if I can get some slack.

OK...had Monday off & had a chance to tinker a little...released the wires from a couple of ties...moved the right control inboard a bit...went ahead & installed the Rox Risers...the lines are somewhat tight, but workable...throttle cables are fine. I'll install the extended lines when they arrive...had a short ride & it feels much better with the bars moved back some...the other good thing...the ups truck showed up with my Corbin seat...much better!...

Thanks for all your help & stay tuned for the next dumb question...haha...
