Had a great ride today exploring North Georgia:

First we went to a train tunnel dug somewhere around 1890 for the Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia (TAG) railroad:

Then we went to a beautiful overlook on the Southern end of Lookout Mountain:

Next, we went to another beautiful overlook:

Last, we went to a creepy place called Corpswood Manor. The story behind this place is that a devil worshiper and his homosexual lover were murdered during an LSD induced rampage back in the 1970's. Interesting story. Very creepy place. I even had a bit of bad luck there. To get to the place, we had to navigate several downed trees and deep mud holes. I had my wife get off and walk over the toughest parts and while attempting to cross a fallen tree the skid plate caught, stopping me cold and the bike fell over breaking the pillion footpeg. Anyway, here is a link to info about the site, and the best picture I was able to get: (http://www.paranormaltaskforce.com/corpsewood.html)

Very cool. We're you able to ride to the tunnel? What city is it near?
Couldn't ride the tunnel on the big bikes because of some rocks. It would have been fairly easy on a little bike. We walked the tunnel and it is about 1/2 mile long but doesn't go anywhere. A few hundred yards on the other side, the trail leads to a fenced pasture with cows. It's near Lafayette, GA.
