You concluded from my what I said since you read it as insinuation. If you helped me, I am grateful, but then be humble about it and don't try and shove it down my throat. It is blackmailing.

After reading your description above, my install went like yours to a degree. B should be glued to C, but when I received mine, it was not., and appeared to be glued to A. It wasn't, it was just pressed and stuck in place. I futzed with the damn thing for a whole weekend and couldn't get a consistent lock. Watched the video up-teen times, and about threw the little piece of machined art out of the garage. When I spoke with Tom, who called me over the weekend, and he told me he just uses a dap of super-glue, it made sense. He was extremely helpful. Once I glued it back, went together quite well and locked up. It still creeps a bit from time to time, but its a friction lock. Don't feel bad, your not the only one who was frustrated ::010:: to hell with a supposed super easy install ;)

Called to place order. Tom reports product arriving at his shop tomorrow (Friday) and plans on shipping early next week. They already have 25 pre-sold so email your order!

Tom is great to deal with, a true gentlemen. His product is outstanding. Rode 545 miles today across much of Nevada and used the throttle lock much of the day. It is well engineered, simple to adjust, install and use. If you need a throttle lock, don't even consider anything else.

Hey Tom,

If your reading this, is there any chance of setting up a group buy? I think they are well made, but a little pricey. A group buy would make it a doable choice.

Once you see one in person, and particularly once you use one, and marvel in the quality of workmanship and materials, you'll wonder how Tom manages to sell the Excel as cheap as he does. This isn't a Vista-Cruise or Kaoko. I honestly think we're all very, very lucky he's selling these for such a good price already.

Just my two centavos...
