Yeah, the 60th Anniversary was only offered in ES "down under". The only ones I've seen have been in OZ & NZ. It was only a half-assed attempt by Yamaha. Limited availability, and no gold wheels. They put more effort in the R6 version.

If you had a color that an anniversary owner liked better you could swap all the painted components over.

How is it possible to have a colour that you would like better than the anniversary colour scheme :)

I wanted the yellow/black, but it didn't come in ES. And without the gold wheels, it wasn't much of an anniversary edition. Then they showed me the cobalt blue in the sunshine. And the rest is history. Pictures don't really do it justice.

Must be a Texas bike, a lot of sweat on it in the second picture.

Far better colours in the US than the UK with the possible exception of white

Mike
The first Tenere I ever noticed was the white one. At first glance, I thought it was the rebirth of my old SECA 1645744934278.jpeg. I always liked the white/red. I crashed and destroyed the quarter fairing. I ended up mounting an FJ 600 fairing onto it, 1645745389805.png, painted it white, and put similar red striping on it. Aerodynamics improved enough to increase the top speed from wobbly/scary 105mph, to a rock stead 120+. After re-jetting, and exhaust change it would pull red line in top gear.

Can be wrapped in yellow film.
Looks great in the picture ! The front fender should probably be yellow as well, I was always surprised to see the black front fender on the anniversary edition. How difficult is the film to apply ? Or is it a job that should be left to a professional installer ? Is the film expensive ?

The film is applied without problems! The owner of the motorcycle himself did it without problems)) I know that he removed the gas tank and the plastic too.

The black fender is correct. But the rims are supposed to be gold.
