Why?
It's parts, I could use a swing arm as mine has a wear spot in the crotch from the Woddy's 18" wheel wearing on it.
Nothing huge but you can flex the spot with your thumb.

This seller is whack. You could possibly get a used Tenere in working condition for cheaper than buying all those parts at the advertised price.

The thing is people are buying parts!
Some is trash god knows if the frame is straight..
My friend had a pristine Moto Morini 3½ had id below value, couldn't get any bites.
He parted the thing out and damn near doubled his profit. :-\

I've been following Ebay for anything Super Tenere based and these things really don't so well. I won an auction for an OEM rear carrier for $20 + $5 shipping. I just told the guy to resell it since it was a steal and I really didn't need it.

Now, if that guy was selling a radiator fan, I might have actually bit.

This is a good deal with free shipping if your needing one, if your not in a rush make him an offer of $130.00 he may bite it or ask $10.00 more.

Mine went in a pile of other Clown car horns form previous bikes, eventually when I moved I tossed the box in the recycle bin.

I can relate. A while back I parted out a vstrom 650 with a bent frame and forks.
I got 75% of the money back that I put into it, and still had a motor, tank and other odds and ends that I gave away to friends.

My cheap self would rather just buy another FJR fan motor for $40 instead of dropping $130 for the real thing
