Good links, Sierra1. Not the comparo tables I had in mind wherever I saw them, but certainly enough information for an informed decision. Here is a link that may also be informative (it's not just about the Pirelli, that's just the lead-in url): https://www.topspeed.com/top-10-adventure-bike-tires-2023/#pirelli-scorpion-trail-ii-dual-sportWay too subjective. But here are a couple threads from here. Might be what he was looking for. Hope it helps.

If you want to ride north a little I have a set of Battle Wings that were used for 1200 miles you can have cheap. I can even put them on for you. Previous owner had them on.How are these in the rain/wet?
Been considering something besides the battlewings which i actually like and have run three sets of so far.
My riding here in Illinois is 90/10 where the 10 is loose gravel roads and or packed dirt.

That is a kind offer! I want to try the trailmax missions though i think. Thank you!If you want to ride north a little I have a set of Battle Wings that were used for 1200 miles you can have cheap. I can even put them on for you. Previous owner had them on.
Thanks that is perfect info. They will be my next tires for sure.I’m not a very aggressive rider but the TrailMax Mission tires have never given me any slippage issues. I was worried about slippage because of some other Dunlop tires I owned in the past that were very slippery when wet but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the Dunlop TrailMax Mission tires, at least not for me.
i have previously used Bridgestone, Metzler, Dunlop and the Mitas tires , my opinion the Dunlop TrailMax Mission tires are now about the best all round tire available for the Super Tenere.
