Welcome to the MG club!! I love mine V7 Racer, also a '14.

Mine has Ago pipes, Rizoma bar end mirrors, and I've put clear lenses and yellow lights in thesignals while sucking them in closer to center line by removing the spacers on the signals as well.

Ooh, you are gonna love it!!! Look up AF1 Racing in New Braunfels. Haven't been able to beat them for anything MG.

Hit me up for any questions on the V7. I'll help if possible.

It's always good when you can buy a PAIR of motorcycles! Good on ya! ::012::

I too have a soft spot for MG's, owned a 1200 Sport for two years then traded it for the ST when the electrical gremlins showed up. I've had my eye on V7 Stone for a while, now waiting for the V7 II's to arrive in the US.

This summer I plan to visit the MG museum at the factory in Mandello del Lario. The Agostini dealership is in the same town, maybe I'll perhaps rent a V7 II for a day to check out the 6 speed transmission. In 2011 I visited the shop and mot to shake hands with the great one, Giacomo Agostini. If you don't know.... in the early 70's Agostini was to motorcycle racing in Italy as Rossi is today.

Giacomo Agostini...l'irrangiungibile

Firefight911, my mate had one of these back when I had an ugly R90/6, used to love riding with him, just to look at the bike. Obviously the technology has "matured" a bit since then (as have we!) but the one you have is along the same lines isn't it? Just with FI and working electrics!

For the record....

The Aprilia is sport bike handling(mostly) with standard comfort.

The ducati was crap. More power but sounded awful and fit me awful. I was underwhelmed.

The Guzzi is not fast, the transmission feels like it's full of pudding, the brakes are meh, and I wish it had a 6th gear. It was just so pretty I couldn't resist. I don't even know what kind of riding I will do. I just love looking at it. That said, it is small and light and I love riding it.

Life is good and crowded in my garage these days. :D

Mine fits me real fine!

And with the Termi slip-on (that comes with its own RACE tune) sounds WONDERFUL!

Very responsive well-mannered bike & for its size can cruise at 80mph in high winds on interstates quite well. (I can attest to that after my ride home yesterday from getting its 1st service.)
I've done some dirt roads as well.

That Guzzi looks awesome Steve! I like the shaft drive and larger tank but only 48hp compared to Ducati 75. Weight is practically the same wonder where the Guzzi saves weight?
