Will the later matt grey side panels fit the earlier models?

I haven't done any swapping, but to my knowledge, the body panels haven't been changed, even with the updates to the 2014 model.

I saw a 14 up close last weekend and they don't appear to look any different, but didn't actually try them from one bike to another.

Yes I bought a grey 2014 ES model and swapped all the painted parts with my old blue 2012 Tenere.
