I can say without ever having either one I would rather have the one on the bottom than the one on the top. Welcome home.

Yikes! If that's what I think, I'm glad you're still with us.

Didn't we say to be careful? ::005::

You didn't dodge quite well enough, did you... those... salesmen... will get you every time if you're not careful.
Do you get a new thingy to hang on your dress uniform in honor of not dodging fast enough?
Hurry up and heal.
Dodge better next time damn-it.

Dodged most of them ... but one slipped through. Not the first time and I doubt it'll be the last. Not as bad as it could've been ... it was a deflection with most of the energy spent ... stopped on the bone. Didn't even really notice it until we'd finished the job. Decoration ... yeah we get those. As for the next time .... well we'll just have to see. :)

Like the kwak? I got it for fooling about on at the track. It's a real nice bike ... ::008::

I'd think your every day life would be excitement enough, but nooo, you gotta go play around on the track too. Sheesh, some people. You gonna go and remove everything not needed for track, or are you going to keep it street legal?

LOL work is work and the bikes are what keep me sane. Well kinda. I'll use it for a couple of months and then strip her for track work .... Fun stuff only. Full zorst, upgrade the suspension, new plastics, re-map that type of thing. Chuck it on the truck and fire it around some the tracks. Very excited about that. ::015::

If you haven't learned by now, you're supposed to give those holes to the OTHER guy.
Glad this one was in a place that will heal.

It's the repair job that that is worst. That nice round perforation became a 100mm long incision in order to get the muscle and tissue all put back in the right place. Was back on my feet within hours on account that there are no pretty nurses to mess with just combat medics and a nasty freakin drill instructor for the rehab. Still it's got me a bit more R&R which for me translates into bike time. ::008::
