I was hoping for that to happen but it looks like it didn't. I wrote a letter to Yamaha earlier this year suggesting CC for that model and they sent me back a thank you letter and some Yamaha trinkets. :-\

Were the trinkets decent? If so I'll send a letter too.

Nothing substantial....just a couple of key lanyards, patches, and stickers. This wasn't the first time that I have written to them but is is the first time to get trinkets.

To their credit, Yamaha is the ONLY motorcycle manufacturer to answer back to me when I sent a letter with suggestions or comments.
