bad screen . I had mine replaced on my 2019 .... and so far im not impressed with this bike over my 2012 bike . so much so im thinking of trading for something else . BMW ,Ducati , KTM , hell ,even the new Harley robot cop ADV bike . we will see.
its not a common thing but that screen is prone to failure .good luck.

Seeing you are in the UK, it's been years but for a time there were a number of UK members complaining about water getting into their instrument clusters.

OK, so after about 150 miles I couldn't take it any longer, I pulled off the road and disconnected the battery on the off chance that would help, on reconnecting and starting it had rectified itself, 100 miles later and still OK, unsure what the issue was but if it comes back I'll update this thread..

Yes, I've had this same issue on my 2020. You can cycle through the screens fine, but only the screen "titles" display and there's no content below...just blank screen. Next time it happens I'll take some video to show the dealer. For me, this issue only appears after starting the bike, not while riding or anything like that.

Strange, would be interested to see if it was like mine, since I've had the bike from new its only happened twice both under different circumstances the first cured with a battery diconnect the second cleared itself, not to be confused with the low fuel screen changes complete odd one, dealer wasn't interested as usual but no issues since, not many issues with these machines compared with some other bikes I've had that have almost destroyed my soul with problems. Only issues noted are this one oil seal fail on water pump (x2) and the recall on the front brake light switch for the CC, had a yamaha in my life now for over 40 years (other makes as well) so can't complain about the brand.

I am probably waaaaaaaaaaaay off with this idea on the screen because I have a 2012 and do not have that type of digital screen. I have no idea how the newer one works but on my Grizzly four wheeler part of the screen stopped working. I found out that there are two separate power supplies that goes to its digital screen. If I remember right one took care of the back light and one took care of the information that comes up on the screen. I found a bad connection on one of the power supplies that got it all working again. If someone has a schematic for the newer Super T maybe they can look and see if the second generation Super T is powered like that.
