Can you replace a flag with an image if I created one ? If so, what format will work - jpeg, gif, Photoshop etc... I would create a USAF image with a Security Police Badge that would be approximately the same dimensions of a US Flag.

Can you do the stickers in Kanji (Japanese and Chinese writing) if I can send you exactly how it looks like ? Can the alphabets have different color ? Possible to add a numeral ?
