On my last 2012 and 2013 Tenere's I had hepco becker crash bars and skid plates. I just picked up a 16 ES yesterday, are the H&B still a good choice ? And do the givi bars fit on a 2016. Thanks

My 2014 S10 ES has HB crash bars and skid plate. Excellent fit, strength and quality. I haven't seen any others though.

For crash bars, I like SW Motech or Alt-rider. I like how they come up higher to protect the plastics more so than most of the other brands.
For skid plates, it depends how much coverage and strength you think you really need/want. I have the SW Motech brand skid plate and it is fine for me because I only do light off roading. More serious off-roaders may need something more substantial.
