Here is attached the quote I got from Rollbend for the bars. it is in South Africa Rand, which is about 6.7 to 1 USD.

I dont know what shipping costs will be and if they do ship outside of SA, but you can enquire directly. website is www.rollbend.co.za

What I'd like to know (after you install it) is can you remove the side panels without taking off the crash bar. If it really is around $450 the shipping might be acceptable. Will check with the company. Thanks for the info.
