Nice one, did you cut n weld the new ones once on the pipe or oversized to fit over the pipe flange ???

Yes, the metal used in the exhaust system is some grade of stainless that isn’t all that corrosion resistant it seems. My 2012 exhaust system was never quite the same after its initial adventure to Alaska and it’s ride to Prudhoe bay on the Dalton highway. The calcium chloride they use for dust control on the roadbed isn’t very nice to motorcycle exhaust systems.

I made them the same size as the original ones then cut in half and TIG weld the back together
