I was considering a Corbin seat for my S10 and being in the UK the only way I can buy one is through Corbin Europe. The cost to buy in the US for the basic riders seat is £217 GB Pounds. For me to buy the same seat through Corbin Europe would cost me £394 GB Pounds !!!!! I can understand a bit for import taxes etc but approaching twice the price in my opinion is ridiculous and excessive ::007::

Maybe someone in the US is prepared to buy one and send it to you. Even making a small profit on the deal they should still be able to do it for a lot less than 400 quid! Why do we always get ripped off on everything?

Why not have your original seat sculpted to your specification at one of the many seat experts in the UK ? I use Saddlecraft (www.saddlecraft.com) in South Shields and they are superb. I had my stock seat widened at the front, raised by about 10mm and a gel pad fitted and a recover of both seats for £160. mega comfy and a lot cheaper than a Corbin. They do mail order and they can turn them around quickly too.
