My friend bought S10 2014 model, be also bought the arrow, but having fitted it on the bike and run the dyno, he saw that he was loosing HP. So he removed it. It seems to me that he had it on his pre 2014 model.

Well I bought and have installed it on my S10. I don't know the numbers but it seems I got some boost in HP. I could feel the throttle was more responsive, the was more torque in the rear wheel, and of course the riding was much more pleasurable. The sound is sort of tenorish. It is not so loud as to give me a headache.

I did not have a scale to measure the weight, but the stock can sure has some weight. I think I might have saved about 2kgs.

Took me about 2 hours to install. Overall very happy.

Arrow claims the following. See graph 99.2 HP

Hi Mzee. He bought the system from me. I bBought it Second hand but never installed it. Would have major issues with the landlord when leaving early mornings.
At a stag eI contemplated to by the headers back form him , after I read a bost of a S10'er that put a Beserker header on with a standard pipe.

Glad you are so far satisfied. Sound?

I got 6BHP from just the headers so Arrows claims are probably about right, and I could feel the willingness to rev out better as soon as I fitted it.

Unbelievably the flash made more difference despite much more modest gains as it gives a lot more low down Ooomph where you tend to use the bike, especially in the restricted first three gears.

Dyno results are here for my bike:

I have thought of a power commander but there are different views on this one. Some say if you flush, 2nd generation flush is sufficient. I will consider that perhaps.

If you don't have a power commander, what type of fuel modifications have you made to compensate for your catalytic converters being removed?

Very nice looking comparison on the face of it, but something is amiss: Why aren't the respective torque & power curves crossing at 5252rpm?

None whatsoever. What are the benefits and problems that might arise.

With the arrow headers installed without any fuel delivery mods, I'd suspect you're running lean. How's the bike ride? Excessive popping on deceleration? Fan kicking on more frequently and longer?

Do you have a dyno shop nearby?

I changed the pipe this last weekend and have not ridden much. I will pay attention and report back.

Is there is a dyno shop in the neighbourhood.

I don't think my bike suffers from all those issues identified above. However I think it used a bit more fuel now. A great pipe that I have fallen in love with. I think that it works best in the lower and perhaps mid revolutions.

I also installed the full Arrow system. And found my bike ran very crappy till I had it tuned on a Dyno and mapped.
I found till I actually removed the quiet insert I was losing power, once that was done I received similar gains to around 100 hp at the rear and good throttle response.

Rasher,
Which flash do you have?
Chart looks sweet!
ECU-U Gen2 Flash, not perfect with Arrows, but without the flash the bike surged very badly.

Still considering more work later to get it spot on, if starting over I would be more tempted to go with the Flashtune kit to remove restrictions and get the throttle response how I want it, and a power commander to get the fuelling spot on as it seems (so far) no flash provider has managed to get the fuelling spot on with Arrow headers, and most people have differing views on what the throttle mappings should be like in both sport and tour mode.

I want my ECU-U toned down about 15% in Sport and pepped up about 30% in tour, one is a bit too aggressive and the other totally flat.

Yesterday, I seem to notice that I was not gaining power enough with acceleration between 3000-4000RPM. I will pay attention and inform you of the precise details.

Does anyone know if the Arrow Full system fit the 2014/15 Super Tenere? Will the Slip on work if the collector doesn't?

Cleaned the air filter (DNA), installed new spark plugs and the problems seem to have gone away. But it seems on sport mode, I use more fuel than when I had the OEM exhaust system.
