WoW Found It!!

That was record breaking timing!!

This is it, Cooper sent the master Template to me and I scanned it at work I may have it on PDF on my flash stick!!
I will need to make a prototype to fit it, may extend the material at the power socket side like trasbeck did to give it a solid foundation.
But the side tabs that bend down secure it to the wing deflector screws.

I sent this to my local machine shop to get a price to make this out of Aluminum as a prototype.
I then will ask what would he charge to run off a batch of 10 or more.
I know he dose CNC and water jet cutting.
If anyone want's on board for one let me know just pay for cost of the part and shipping they will be bare metal..
Lets see if I can get a good deal then i will set a price, he has always been reasonable on his prices.

Lets see What reasonable is first as less is best. If he is not loaded up with projects it works out better.
I need to get a price on my dash first and fit it, then I will post photos and see how you guys like it..
NOTE: My bike is a 2012 so I don't know if it will fit a 2014..

Guys just PM with an address attached and when I get a quote I will reply.
Title it Cockpit Infill Panel..

Sorry but I will only do this in the lower 48 states as things could get ugly if you don't get it..

I will say this looks cool but what exactly is this shelf thing used for besides preventing my Tenere's front wheel well from eating up birds and spitting them into my face?

A place to put switches, such as for aux lights and heated clothing, tire pressure monitor displays, voltage meters, etc.

So you don't have to hunt around the small real estate this bike has to mount all those things.
Frankly this tray has more room for switches and just maybe a small Voltage meter.

Hi Guys

Just searching the site and came across this picture

Hope BWC doesn't mind me using it.

Where do you guys get these panels from? I would love the extra area this provides for my USB port and Foglight switches.

Thanks

Matt

Re: Dashboard

A couple of guys have made and sold them, but about half the ones I see are home made.
