The right side is held by the power socket very solid. The right I used some black silicone seal (out of sight) and put a machine screw through one of the holes for the winglets with a nut and washer inside for the dash to sit on while the silicone dried. Later added a set of winglets with no issues. This has stayed in place for all of last season without coming loose. Looks like the headlight sockets are accessible but haven't had to try it.(the harness recall was done without removing dash). I am trying to attach the drawing I received from someone on here, found in my computer but can't find who sent it to me. I take no credit for it, hope it's OK to share.

I think the template that Trasbeck is showing above is the one that Buelligan has been sending out and is mentioned in a thread just a few below this one. After my extensive research last year I reached the conclusion that an easy option is to get Buelligan's (thanks again!!) pattern to real scale, buy the black Kydex .125, rotozip the cut (carefully, it'll take off on you!), sand the edges a bit and mount it with a few small bolts. Outlet does a great job securing right side. The Kydex is under the OEM frame so the rough edge does not show. The end result looks great, has plenty of room for gadgets and maximizes the space available. Easy fix!

WoW Found It!!

That was record breaking timing!!

This is it, Cooper sent the master Template to me and I scanned it at work I may have it on PDF on my flash stick!!
I will need to make a prototype to fit it, may extend the material at the power socket side like trasbeck did to give it a solid foundation.
But the side tabs that bend down secure it to the wing deflector screws.

Thanks for posting it. Unfortunately, when I try and print is it is not the correct size. I can try to scale the photo if I know the proper dimensions.
What are the height and width of the actual template?

Just curious for the gents who have this panel installed. Do you notice any less airflow or "mist" on rainy days since you had this installed ? I know that their isn't much airflow that comes thru that area but is noticeable especially on those colder days. Thanks.

In the stock configuration there is little air that passes through the tunnel on my Tenere.

If you look up one of my old posts it shows my panel. I used Kydex on the advice of a Member. I fitted the OEM Heated grip controller, one rocker switch for heated gear, one for a cig socket under the seat for an air pump, and one for Ridgid Light bar. I made two 'L' brackets and attached these using the widwings screws. Added velcro on the top. The panel installs with the Velcro and no screws show ;D
