I am looking for locations where those who may have purchased the Clearwater Krista lights have mounted the on/off and dimmer controls. Just want to consider all options. Pics would be much appreciated! TIA!

hello, I installed my Clearwater Glenda lights directly on a Altrider crash bar. They are positioned inside so in a fall they will not make contact with the ground. Their location gives you the triangular light effect for safety. The dimmer switch was installed on the top left corner of my speedometer. Kinda far to adjust at night with incoming vehicles, I would put it on the handle bar left side if I had to do this again for quicker and easier reach while riding. Hope this helps. good luck

I appreciate the info and pics. So where did you place the on/off switch? I've made the installation already but I am always ready to steal a better idea from someone else. I did mount the dimmer to the left side mirror clamp but had to add some washers to take up the space on the top screw to use the little bracket for the dimmer housing. I will try to post a couple of pics over the weekend.

Good spot for the switch, but I have a Powerlet port there already. I'd like a switch like what is in the PIAA kits, a switch with a long tail I could have with easy reach on the bars.
