Central Valley/ East Bay dealership suggestions?

So, long story short, I am looking to have warranty work done on my 2013 and am looking for a dealer that members here like and could recommend. At some point I will also have a dealership do my valve adjustment and CCT.

Longer story:
I used to have a Yamaha dealership here in Modesto but they closed several years ago.
My last bike was a Yamaha as well, but I did all my own work so I only used the dealer in Stockton to buy parts... no real relationship there.
I am getting to the age where I would rather pay someone to wrench than to do it myself and feel the pain in my back for 3 days. Unfortunately, not all dealerships are equal so I prefer to go off of word of mouth recommendations.
I am willing to travel for the piece of mind of knowing that others have had good experiences.
Dealerships my immediate area are Stockton, Tracy and Merced. I'd go to the East Bay or Sac.
Anyone have experience with any of these dealerships?

I brought my Royal Star to the Modesto shop, they were good folks. Bought the Ténéré up in Roseville. The couple times I've needed shop work Roseville has been good to me. I haven't been by there in a few years.

Thanks Don,
Yeah, the Modesto shop was full of good folks. When they closed down one of their mechanics opened a shop in town. He does my tire swaps, wheel bearings and suspension. Basically anything he can knockout quickly in his limited time.
I'd use him for more but he's a one man operation and is insanely busy. Bringing a valve adjustment and CCT swap to him would probably take him a week to finish because he's
1. thorough and
2. trying to get a dozen dirt bikes serviced and back in the trails by the weekend for his other customers.
Oh, and his rates are super fair. I wish he had a bigger shop and more mechanics like him but it is what it is.

Thanks for mentioning Roseville as an option. I'll keep that in mind as a solid option.
I'd have thought you'd go to Stockton since it's so close to Lodi, but it is hard to beat having a good relationship with a shop you've used and trust (ie. Roseville).
