Has anyone fitted the CeeBaileys "wind wings" wind deflectors with a Parabellum windshield? I wonder if there is any conflict? I just installed the 24" Parabellum and was ready to pull the trigger on the Yamaha wind deflectors which I know are compatible. Then I came across the CeeBaileys wings which look better than the Yamaha variety.

Wow those things are ugly.

I have the Yamaha one and they seem to work OK. I only put them on when it got cold. They help block the air but they increase the wind turburlance (at least with the stock screen) just a bit.

At freeway speeds and using my hand(s) to check the air, the OEM wind deflectors seem to put the wind within 6 inches each side of my helmet. I am 6' 0", 32" inseam, seat in the low position, stock windshield.

The CeeBailey deflectors should move the air further away from the helmet but I would not know until riding with them. I don't care for the black plastic and don't like the deflector interrupting the Yamaha emblem and lines of the body, but... if they work this should be better.

I have not ridden in the rain with the OEM wind deflectors. Hopefully either of these deflectors should move the water away from the rider.

Ya know, normally I appreciate function, but the Cee Bailys deflectors would have to work miracles to make-up for that ungainly look. I really can't imagine them making THAT much of a difference over the OEMs.

They make them black to avoid reflection from the sun into the drivers face they state. They will make them clear like OEM's or gray tint too. I ordered my 26" windscreen from them this past weekend and specificially inquired about their wind wings. They ignored my question in my windshield order coment section online and shipped it on Monday. I still have not gotten it but will post a review and pic's here.

I emailed them twice in the last three weeks about their wind deflectors and if they will be at the Long Beach show. They must be very busy to pass up sales. Gotta wonder how their support is.

It appears they are a part (newly?) of a big company dressier tire company per the email . No excuse to ignore customers for any reason.

Makes me glad I ordered from Parabellum. It shipped when they said it would and I got it 2 days later. Nice craftsmanship too.

Two days, that was an excellent sale. Parabellum offers a very good windshield but don't short change CeeBailey on quality. They began many years ago producing high quality aircraft products. They might be having difficulty with customer service but their quality is as good as the the next manufacturer. The question is will I invest in lacking customer service. I want to see their products and will be in their area for a couple days.
