I'd got wind of these from the big S10 thread on Advrider early Jan and thought at the price I'd take a gamble http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271379091996?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_sacat%3D0%26_from%3DR40%26_nkw%3D271379091996%26_rdc%3D1 item no 271379091996
They arrived this morning (pics to follow) and they do look rather nice on the outside. Inside they appear that they maybe plain fiberglass matt with a carbon skin but given that I got both for less than a 1/3 of one Genuine World Crosser panel I'm not complaining. Deliver took a while ~20days and they need some light tweaks to mount the oem plastic grills and panels. I fitted some small bolts with spacers to the plastic bits which I then expoxied the head of the bolts to the carbon panels to act as studs with duct tape to hold it all together while it cured (still going off as I type hence waiting sort out pics sans duct tape).
Overall for the price I'm impressed as it would have cost more in bits to replicate than these were (though if you have access to decent raw materials then this may not be true for you).
Once the epoxy has gone off (and the missus has gone back to work!) I'll mount these up and post the pics
