Hi there,
I just recently moved from Canada to the US and brought my 2013 S10. Now I am not able to figure out how to switch my speedo from KM to Miles, if possible at all...any idea anybody?
Thanks and happy riding!

Yep it's possible.
If I recall just hold the button down on the speedo and it should switch over. Like when you hold it down on the trip meter and it switches.

From the Owners Manual:

For the U.K. only: To switch the
speedometer and odometer/tripmeter/
fuel consumption displays
between kilometers and miles,
press the left button for at least two
seconds.

Not sure you can do it on 2013 and less. It is NOT possible on Canadian models 2014+. You have to use a GPS or do the maths.
Thanks caillou,
thats what i found out as well.
Not possible on any Canadian model...
At least a weak excuse for the officer if they catch me speeding down here.
Cheers, STS

I've imported my 2012 and a FZ09 from the States.
all US models can switch back and forth, but not the CDN models 2011 and up.

Thanks CentralCal, but that is only for the US modes, not the Canadian once.
Too bad for us...
Well that doesn't make any sense at all. :(

I actually discovered it by accident on my bike. I always reset the trip when I get gas and must have held down the wrong button also. As I was driving after I noticed my mileage went from 3000 to 5000 and it caught me off guard. Thought I needed to change my oil. When I got home and found my glasses I realized it had changed. ::002::

Despite how poor math is in the US I know that 120 KH is 74 MPH ;D Just put a little sticker on there to remind you or something.

Anyone know if this is this an issue with the ECU or the dash cluster?
they charge extra for a tenere here, and then program it with a downgrade :)
