I’ve had this chair for about 2 years now. Wished it packed down a tad smaller.

Another vote for trekology here. I've had one for four years and its always worked great. My mother in law bought a bunch of them to give out as Christmas presents, everyone that got them loved them.

I’ve got a Kermit chair I’ve had for over 15 years and have a prototype of his table. Got it back ay March Moto Madness when is was just a dozen or so guys hanging out over the weekend. The table is nice and the chair is like a lazy boy at the campsit. But if small packing is your top priority then it’s not the best. The comfort is worth it to me.

I’ve got a Helinox and it’s great. So much so that my son sat in mine and immediately ordered one for himself! But I do hanker after a Kermit chair. I just like wood...

I'm of a rather heavy stature and some of those chairs on Amazon were marginal at best. After some poking around I found this one rated for 300 lbs. I'm 275 on a good day but it still creaks an awful lot. I also have a hard time getting out of it, but that's my age, not the chair's fault.

I have one of those something like kaptain_zero has. I weigh 210# and bent the front legs first time I used it. My next one will be a five gallon bucket with a padded top. or a Helinox.

Easier to just put a cushion on top of a luggage box imo.

I ended up getting a Kermit chair and it's waaaay better than those fiberglass pole jobbies for someone like me who is north of 270lbs.
A cushion on top of a luggage box is a great idea, but once you get past 50 years, the ol' back starts to complain.

Have had a helininox zero for about 5 years. It broke immediately, but helinox customer service was exemplary. It got replaced.
Great when I'm travelling ultralight off a dirtbike, third best around a campfire at a big bike event .
I rate helinox over everything else I have seen, but $pendy.
I'm going to get myself a helinox "sunset" for big bike travel - it's their medium size. I think it's enough - comfort/bulk tradeoff
I have the Sunset and am about to post it for sale. Here is my issue with it: I find I rarely lean all the way back to take advantage of the added back and headrest. Therefore, it hasn't proven to be worth the extra storage space. After buying a Nemo Moonlite at 50% off from REI, I have never returned to the Sunset.

I've had a pair of these Sportneers for a couple years....flawless and cheap. I also have the small table they offer that's equally awesome. Helps that they're around 25% of the price of a Helinox
