After oil change (synthetic)When starting bike, cam chain is making noise, but only for one second. Normal?
Before I used mineral oils, and everything was working fine. What should I do? Mineral oil back?
new tensioner?

Hi, before you go changing the tensioner, what's mileage on the bike? The 1-2 second rattle is normal, but more quite with semi-synthetic. Don't change back until the next oil change and unless you want to.

Thanx for fast reply! 37 thousand kilometres driven now. Just started RTW trip,
and little bit worried about that noise..

If you have a pre-2014 model, then I would take it into a Yamaha dealer somewhere close, ask them to listen to it and ask them to make a note that you did that. If they have the new part number in stock get them to switch out the CCT, but in all reality at 24k miles it will be getting noisy and as long as it's just 1-3 seconds and on start up only then you should be ok, only a handful have failed, and that was either just before a big service or just after an oil change as the oil was all drained out so not enough pressure to prime the tensioner.
It is unfortunate that you are on the road. But good luck on your travels ::008::

Tenere is year model 2011 so I believe its gen 1? 50.000 thousand km ahead next year, so new CCT might be good idea. Newer model
has better tensioner? If so, can it be fitted for my bike?

The CCT part number is for the Gen2 model, this also superceded the old part number. It's a straight swap, but, and this is important, make sure the the chain is locked into place or it will jump the cam and then you really will have an issue. Also get the gasket.
