Received my boxes today, one day early. I have the ES model and I ordered the 45/41 with tool box. Very happy with the look and how sturdy the setup is. Disappointed the instructions weren't included. Made some assumptions on what spacers go where. I included pix so that it might help others with the purchase. FYI plenty of keys came with the setup and their keyed alike.

Those are the bags I wanted, but my bike comes with Yamaha panniers. I think I'll go with the Bumot if and when I destroy the Yammy ones.

Thanks satdishes - great looking setup! Sorry about the miscommunciation on the instructions...we have them in PDF format on our website on the product-specific pages. For future reference, if you go here for the pannier system, the link to the PDF is on the "Instructions" tab to the bottom right, below the pictures. They reference the older version of the pannier rack for the right side, but the new install process is the same as the left side. Once we get the updated instructions for the ES-compatible racks, we'll upload them at the same place.

Any other questions, please let me know.

Thanks!

I came up with 38 inches. I held up a straight edge against the outside edge of both boxes to get as accurate as I possibly can for you. Hope that helps.

Spot on. The 45/41L system measures 38" overall width, and the 40/36L comes in at 36". The smaller cases would be ideal for lane splitting in CA...if your handlebars can make it, so will the cases. :D

These look like beautiful and very functional side cases. If I didn't already have my Trax cases in place, I would seriously consider these.
