Got the part from Aliexpress.com (Search Keyword is "harley bobber chopper mudguard fender"). I got mine for $12, Free shipping, but had to endure a 4.5 months shipping. The seller did ship out on time (from the shipping documents on the package) but some customs must have kept it.

This works with a 150 tire width and have sufficient clearances between tire and mudguard and also between the Akrapovice exhaust and mudguard. The brackets were made from Al, 1mm thick sheet metal. Had to use 2 pieces to gain the rigidity (somewhat it can still be improved) on the middle mount point. A 'L' bracket connects to the front side. Unfortunately, the other side of the middle mount point has no where to mount to. Painted flat black.

For the mid point mount brackets, the hole size should be 9mm to fit the M8 bolts of the Brake brace support. The other hole size is up to you. I use a 6.5mm hole. Hole to hole distance is 100mm.

For the front mount L bracket.....I forgot to measure the dimensions. I sort of bend the sheet metal by hand, drill some holes for adjustabilty, kind of work off "play by ear".

I hv not test ridden the bike with it to see if any issues will crop out. Anyway, it is a less than a $15 solution and I thought I'll share this idea.

Nice...to be clear, you fabricated the brackets or did it come with some?
