I have pics of the new ABS hugger, front fender extender and tank sticker but I can't post pics from work. Can someone post them right away and I will email them the pics? If you can and are willing shoot me a PM with your email address and thanks.

HLD stated new production starts within next week. The new hugger is a little different in design from their first attempt that was made out of fiberglass. The new one is just a little bit smaller to follow better the lines of the bike and much better clearance from the tire. It looks really good and there is support on the left side. I'm working on getting a price from them on all three items.

This newly designed hugger has been ridden 600 kms daily ride and all went well according to HLD.

Here is pricing: Hugger 99.39 GBP + 23.12 GBP shipping to the US or $157.00 + $37.00 shipping
Fender Extender 12.90 GBP + 6.16 GBP or $21.00 + $10.00
Tank Sticker 22.90 GBP free shipping or $37.00
All these items will be listed on their E-Bay sales site.

Do you know if the updated hugger is made from different material or just updated design .
Looks like good coverage , I'd be willing to test one out ;)

Hey MC they did change material from fiberglass to strong ABS plastic should be much stronger. I will post pics of the old one I still have at the house.

Anybody have one of these? Got mine today, much prefer ABS plastic versus GRP of the other brands. Having a heck of a time getting it mounted. Looks like I'm going to have to shave down part of the hugger and modify or make a new bracket. Just curious if anybody else has one and if they ran into the same problems.

Thanks.

I have one installed for over a year or so. The mod I had to do was drill an extra hole on the left side down by the swing arm and apply a tie strap.
