Around 2:30 or 3:00 in the afternoon in Maryland probably 10-20 miles from 695 heading eastbound on I-70, August the 29th; it was a Saturday.
I was heading westbound in the cage and spotted the blue S10 (gen 1, I assume?) with some luggage (definitely a tank bag, maybe panniers and a top bag as well?)
