Going to be doing a bunch of camping this winter. Would like something to cover the bike when parked outside. Anyone have a recommended brand? Pack down size is not an issue.
Na with no side cases and top it's super easy due to the large size. But with them you just stretch them to go over the case.Is this cover hard to get on? The one I have now the elastic is too tight. PITA
There is no denying yours is more practical and cheaper!!I make my little contribution. I bought syntetic fabric that is used for waterproof / windbreaker jackets ... that are painted inside with a gray color. Apart from being cheap, and being able to cut and make it to measure with side cases and top box, ... it weighs nothing (0.35kg) ... and it does not take up space when you fold and store it (20x20x5) cm .. .For me, it is ideal to take on a trip
It is that generally, the covers bought. they have the "short bed sheet syndrome" .... you want to cover your head, your feet are uncovered
The problem was not the cheap, it was that with the side case and the top box, the covers I tried, were short ... so I made it the right size with everything on, I had sew some reinforcements on the tips of the top box and side case, in case there is strong wind, do not crack in those places. If I travel without rigid suitcases, what is left over from the cover I fold inThere is no denying yours is more practical and cheaper!!
