I have the Sena SMH10, I haven't used anything else so i can't compare but i am quite happy with the SMH10, i haven't bothered with voice commands or anything fancy i just hook up my phone play music and answer calls and intercom with the GF, we have the stationary mic setup and it works fine in most conditions (largely depends on your helmet) but on occasion the wind blows on the wrong angle and you get some bad wind noise.
works for a good distance los, but if you go round a corner with some big buildings it can drop off in as little as 100 m but i would think any other ones would do any better.

I can't confirm it with the 20s, but I can confirm that the Sena software works fine on Yosemite with the SMH10 and the SR10...

Thank you all for confirming the Apple Yosemite OS firmware up date with SENA products.
We have the dual pack 20S on order (~ $425 shipped with tax) and expect it this week.

I have noticed some internet posting regarding the Nolan 104 EVO (Flip up / modular) helmet Sena 20S install is not as easy as hoped.

Had a email into Nolan and in less than 24 hours got a phone call from Joe at Nolan (USA Canada).

He walked we through the (safe) removal of all the lining (neck, ears, chin, head). He was great and stayed on the speaker phone while I slowing took the helmet lining out.

Joe cannot comment on the install of a Sena system in their Nolan helmet, but he was willing to work with me in the future if there are issues.

Great Customer Service from Joe and Nolan.

Let me toss a couple basic trouble shooting questions at you:

Did you power cycle the 2nd 20S to see if the software would recognize it?

Did you power cycle your computer to see if it was a cache issue with the USB from the first 20S?

Thanks for the suggestions ....

I just tried the power cycle on the 20S and did not seem to help
I have restarted the iMac three times with no changes
I removed all blue tooth devices from the iMac and that did not seem to change anything
I fully charged both devices and tried two different USB ports
Have I just now removed the Sena software and re install it again.
Did a Factory reset and Fault reset to the 20S

note: Factory reset: Press the Phone button for 12 seconds till a solid red on the 20S LED then tap the Jog Dial within 5 seconds (note: only works with unit already turned on)
note: Also tried the ... Fault reset: Press the Reset Button (paper clip in the small hole in the 20s ..

None of the above allowed my second 20S to be recognized or allow for 1.2 to 1.3 firmware update ...

Still Waiting for a response from Sean ... (Thursday Jan 8 1:30 AM) ... are we having fun yet ....

I received my 20S set last Monday and one of my units was also DOA.
I called Sena tech support and they pretty much had me do what you just described.
They gave me a "RMA" number and sent me a FedEx label for their shipping cost.
I was told about a 1-1/2 weeks for the turn around.
Tech support was great but very frustrating to receive new merchandise that's broken in the box! :-\ -JEP-

I wonder it the registration process for two units is at fault. The site has you enter one serial number then a comma followed by the next serial number. My first unit worked fine the second unit failed the process. Was the second unit the one that failed?

UPDATE

Got ahold of Sena Technical Support on the phone today. We tried the various trouble shooting tasks and verified a defective unit. As returning the unit to Sena would likely take weeks to get a replacement, I am shipping product back to Amazon for replacement.

(Sena has a major backlog issue with the 20S and replacement through Sena can take weeks to near a month as shipments are monthly from Korea to Sena California)

I plugged in both units first thing for charging. I noticed that the one unit's charging light did not come on. I left it on charge for over an hour but still nothing.
I contacted tech support, they had me try a few things then pronounced it dead.
The unit that worked (which I kept) downloaded the firmware fine and linked to my SMH10 and GPS with no problems.
I have not registered either unit until I have both working units in hand.
Of course, I told my wife that it was her unit that needed to be sent back! >:D -JEP-

Sena 20S Dual Pack Update:

Man the older I get the harder it is to learn new technology ...

Install on my Nolan N104 required that I cut out a slot (~ 0.5" x 1.25") on the plastic ring that fits on the bottom of the helmet blue tooth mount. I took all the lining out of the helmet and added the spacers to the speakers to place them closer to my ears. All together the install took me 2 hours but I went very slow as it was the first time I took the helmet apart and did not want to break anything.
If I had to do another N104 should take 20 minutes if you have a hack saw.

Wifes helmet was much easier as I did not have to disassemble the helmet to place the unit and speaker. Took me 30 minutes.

PRO
FM radio works well in Florida
IPhone 5S pairs easy and Siri is a button push away
IPhone music is also easy
Phone Speed Dial works well
Sound is good not great but useable
iPhone 20S APP works but I need to learn its functions better
Intercom works but seems more noisy than either the music of FM (This is the first blue tooth motorcycle system we have bought)

CON
The Voice Command function (for me) does not work well without either using the double tap or pressing the command / ambient button
I and wife have yelled "Hello Sena" many times and not sure if we are misunderstanding Voice Command
Double Tap function does not alway work as well as we would like

We have a weekend group ride this weekend so I am sure to have more to report in a week or so......................

Kind of an older thread but....

Pulled the trigger on a Sena 20s single unit yesterday. One member posted "the older I get the harder it is to learn"...very true. LOL

After a 30 minute learning curve, the unit works really well. I have read some complaints about lack of bass...being a '80's guy, I don't have this issue and it sounds normal to me.

The learning curve takes a few and it helps to watch Sena's video's online and in the end, I'm pretty happy with it and especially with the ease of linking it up with the iphone. The app for the phone is pretty neat. You can actually program stereo channels on the phone without going through the headset and it gives you 10 channels. Also included in the app is a quick reference guide you can view on the phone without taking the manual on the road if needed.

It comes in around $260 which is spendy, but no regrets. For the record, I bought it at Cycle Gear in person. I choose this place for it's outstanding return policy and I didn't have to wait to have it shipped.

It comes with 3 different mike options and I have a full face Shoei for the record.
