Just to let other owners know, the key fob battery for the dimmer unit that came with my Baja squadon LED lights is dead already. This could also be what was causing the 'worked when I installed it, but quite the next day scenarios. No telling how long those these key fobs sit on the shelf before they are shipped. The batt is not commonly available in retail stores, but I found it on Amazon for about $3.00...it's used in many of the keyless entry remotes. Went ahead and bought 3 of them for posterity purposes. I started keeping a cache of various battery sizes ever since the big earthquake/tsunami wiped out our power. The battery is 12V, size is '27A'
Just thought I'd share that. A good indication that the battery is dying or dead is if the little red LED that flashes when you use the remote is either dim, or not flashing at all.
