Auxligt plug ir heatgrip plug ?

Is it possible to Connery Oxford straight to auxligt plug or heatgrips plug without relay , i have nothing connected today ..
oxford heatgrips take up to 3,6 A , and inam thinking about to connect it to the " engine -running " cable ..,
Witch of Them is best to connect to ?
