Auxilliary/Parker lamp type

The manual describes them auxiliary lights 12v, 5W x2

1. What type of bulb/globe are they?

2. Is there an LED variant.

They are a real pain to change one has blown, so I want to get the right ones before I start.

I believe they are 501's or also known as T10's

I replaced mine with LED. The cheap Chinese ones lasted 2 months before failing.

I replaced those with Osram ones. Expensive, but visibly better and thus far more reliable.

Nice upgrade. Is it plug and play or do you have to change the socket?

If you do install LED lamps here. Check they work before you refit the headlight assembly. LEDs are polarity dependent with their fitting and may need to be rotated 180 degrees if they dont work.
