Piaa 360 x 4 universal is what I used to mount 4" HID's from the front engine guard.
Twisted Throttle has mounts.

If you have tubular crash bars, just use a couple of rubber-lined P-clamps. I have them for my PIAA 1100s and haven'thad a chance to install yet, so stole the following photo off the neenernet just to convey the concept:
