The planning has started for the big summer ride in the Mt Hood National Forest.
If you follow the link, you can pre-register so we know how many to plan for.
It's a self guided event like the national rally. We will have maps and GPS files to download. Go explore in small groups, it's not going to be a 30 bike conga line in the woods Friday night is a BBQ hosted by Yamaha in Vancouver Wa. Saturday breakfast and dinner will be in Sandy Oregon.

I went for a ride today in one of the areas we'll be riding in for the PNW Tenere group's Mt. Hood ride on Aug. 14-16. We have almost 30 riders registered so far with one coming from Texas winning the distance prize. Info at: http://pnwtenere.com/august-big-event-in-the-mt-hood-nf/

I went to the rally, I just loved it! The riding around Mount Hood is simply awesome! If you get the chance, ride the Barlow Road, which is just a wicked 4x4 "road" cut through the forest in the 1800's. Thanks to all the guys who organized the rides and rally. Great job!
