Arrow advice please

Bit of help plz, got the chance of a secondhand arrow system and a power commander for my gen 1 but that would be my budget gone.
The ECU hasn't been flashed so would I be better just getting the arrow and get a reflash OR get the arrow and PC??I know it would be best getting it all done but funds won't allow...

I have a gen 1, arrow slip on, ECU Unleashed reflash, no PC, very happy with the result. I would recommend the flash over the PC if you have to choose as the flash also removes restrictions in the first three gears that the PC cannot touch (in my understanding).

Cheers, that's the way I'm thinking, gonna ring cjs tomorrow and have a chat regarding their reflashing, heard some God things about them...
