Its annoying to me that the computer doesnt hold a TCS setting or let me change it on the fly. Are there any fixes for this?
Yamaha could do it with a simple software change to the ECU.Racesbikes said:Its annoying to me that the computer doesnt hold a TCS setting or let me change it on the fly. Are there any fixes for this?
Probably.markjenn said:Messing with the wheel speed sensors on the fly might allow you to change TCS, but it would probably also fault both TCS and ABS. I doubt it would reset until you stopped again and you might have to cycle the ignition. Sorta defeats the purpose.

Highly doubtful; in the motorcycling world, I can't think if a single instance where electronic improvements like this have been backwards compatible.fredz43 said:... the next question would be if our previous models could be retrofitted to do that.
Yeah... it's really annoying, hope somebody can find a way...Racesbikes said:Its annoying to me that the computer doesnt hold a TCS setting or let me change it on the fly. Are there any fixes for this?
