I was looking for something to put on my HiVis jacket to help keep it clean and reduce fading and found
303 High Tech Fabric Guard.

Has anyone used this product and does it work as advertised?

Thanks,

Steve

I have used it extensively on previous jackets and found it to be a quality product. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again should the need arise.

I do, however, now use Nikwash and Nikwax as it is easier to come by for me.

I've been using it for years on my gear. Jacket, pants, tank bag -- anything that needs a water repellant coating.
It's a bit pricey to buy retail, but can be cheaper through Amazon.

Great product for water proofing and Uv protection. The key is to use it sparingly do not saturate the fabrics. The finer the mist the better,it work well on fabrics and plastics. I have been using it in the marine enviroment for twenty years.

After many years on my gear, (riding textiles/bags, paddling gear, & aviation equip) fading, cracking, and crazing are things of the past. Colors stay fast and fabrics always appear as new without the lubricity of Armour-All. Nylon straps will outlive your mother-in-law. Items with reflectivity are renewed and protected also. Great on directional lenses and all plastics as well. Turns black black again and keeps it that way. It's really just one of those products that delivers what it offers. Even safe to hit the skin with it if you're caught in the rays. Very high SPF. Wouldn't be without 303. Cheapest by the gallon, but you'd have to have the gear to justify that.
