It's big and heavy, but it's better at parking lot maneuvering then my FZ1 was. It's well balanced and the nice, wide bars make slow speed stuff easy.

How does it feel around town? Is all that weight an issue every time you're creeping through a crowded parking lot? I'm sure it disappears with a little throttle, but what about in the driveway?
I don't really do any touring. But, I live in the country a bit, and it's a short hop on the interstate just to run to the store. And the roads around here completely suck. So, it's around town type riding, but with a lot of highway time. I had been thinking about looking at the new Strom 1000, but the dealer's got a good deal on a Tenere.
I love the sportiness of my Triple and don't want to give up the exhilaration of corners and awesome torque.showbox
