Just got a job offer there and am wondering what the riding situation is like ?

PM Denali he is from Huntsville. Nice guy he'll fill you in. I live a hundred miles north in Middle TN and we pretty much ride year around. No putting the bike to sleep. You'd be in close proximity to North Georgia,East TN, West NC hard to go wrong there. If you take the job and want to see some of Middle TN give me a shout.

What is traffic like around there? I have been starting a search for an interim apartment and the location of the office is near 255 & 72
Some of the places that come up are in Madison, but I have no clue if the traffic is bad or what, so is it like a 20 minute drive or an hour or what, you know? I guess in general how is the traffic around town?
I'm coming from Denver where we measure in time not miles, from my place on the south side of town to Downtown Denver in rush hour is about 15 miles, but takes an hour....

Traffic on Research Blvd(255) and 72 are heavy during the mornings and afternoon. I would not except any delays except entering the Arsenal in the mornings.

I use Allpro Power sports. Best in the area. The dealer hear is aweful.

North side not to good. Madison is a great area. Close to Redstone.
I've only had my S10 since June and I've done all the maintenance myself. I did take the bike to the Huntsville dealer and they did the headlight wire recall for me.... The dealer told me about the recall. They ordered the part and fixed the bike...no issues. They also do my tires. They will price match and their mounting prices are fair.MurphCO said:
As for apartments...depends on where you are working. If you are working on the Arsenal, I suggest the Madison area. In Huntsville, there is a new apartment complex at the corner of Martin and South Parkway that looks nice and you can't get much closer to work.
