AIM EXPO will be in Orlando 10/18 through 10/20 for consumers. Over 300 Companies so far including OEM's Yamaha and Suzuki. Bonus - all the Pirates will be at Daytona that weekend ::025::
Apparently there will be an ADV Track that you can ride your own bike on as much as you want.

Check out the picture they are using on the front of the building. ::026::

I'm skipping the show to go to Biketoberfest in Daytona. I'll be there Saturday, riding north on US Rt.1 if anyone wants to meet up

Kenny, I am skipping Biketoberfest and going to the show! I thought Biketoberfest was a bust last year, just a lot of loud Harleys and vendors with shiny parts to hang on them. ::007::
I went to the opening of the AIM show yesterday and it was outstanding. Lots of cool stuff to see and I got to hear Kenny Roberts tell funny stories about his racing days. I saw and sat on the new Suzuki 1000 V-strom. Very nice. ::008:: I also talked to the Yamaha rep. They had a 2013 Tenere on display so I asked about the 2014. He said there would be an announcement about the 2014 around March. Possibly at Daytona bike week. He gave no hints about what we would see. Yamaha is giving demo rides and has a couple of FZ-9's to ride. I may ride one today even though it is a bit small for me. Looks like a fun ride.
I only got to see a fraction of the displays yesterday as they didn't open until 4:00 but I am headed back now and plan to spend the entire day. ::012::

I am here at AIMExpo working the show and went over and took a test ride on the FZ09. What a hoot! Besides my Super T I also have a 99 SV650. This FZ09 could easily replace it and go beyond. It lighter and has almost double the HP. Very cool bike!
