Good catch. Doesn't look like it in his photos but does in the Altrider photo.

The bolt pattern says it's there, and you can get a peek at a bolt head in the lower portion through one of the cutouts.

What container is this? I normally store tire repair stuff and some tools in this area.

It's one of the nicer food storage containers. The red gasket, Rubbermaid? Tupperware? Blue would be Glad... Usually just down the shelf from the Ziplock baggies and stuff.
