Traded in my '09 GSA today for a '13 Super Tenere and
I must say IT IS EPIC. I've been lurking in this forum for
a bit and you guys were the ones who pushed me over
the edge to Tenere la-la-land. Thanks to all the sage
advice. Looking forward to plenty of riding this winter
and beyond.

I know in my brain that I bought the right "Legit ADV" beast. And believe me, I'm a very satisfied owner. Ecstatic even.
But in my heart, I just have that original void, never having had a GSA.

Haha snakebitten. Well said. Although the
GSA will always have a small sliver of my
heart, I do believe that owning one is not
a requisite for living well on planet Earth,
but the ST certainly is.

Thanks eemsreno! A rally in Ouray would have been
nice to attend. I hope to attend the ST rally next year.

And HoebSTer the smiles I had with the GSA are even
bigger with the ST and I just got it yesterday! ;D

Every time I'm in Colorado on the Tenere I think "this is what it's made for."

20valves, I was up in the hills on Sunday trying to
break-in the engine and I was tempted to peel off
from the asphalt to the dirt, but alas the Broncos
game was calling. The ST is certainly spirited in the
twisties and I can't wait for summer when there is
less sand on the roads.
