Hello all.

Looking at replacing the windshield on my 2015 Super Tenere… need something a little taller than the stock shield.

I’m about 6’1”, and I like riding in the “high” seat position. Just looking for any suggestions y’all may have!

Side note: tried looking at some old posts but the links don’t always activate through Tapatalk app..

Thanks!

Givi Airflow, that is the only windshield you will ever need.

Hey Lucas, I run the OEM tall windscreen and am very pleased with it. On the marketplace on this forum screens from various manufacturers pop up for sale occasionally.

Had the VStream sport touring and other than the tint I liked it fine. But when I bought a Rider Day Long seat which is at least an inch taller I needed a taller windshield so bought the tallest VStream when it was on sale for Christmas, according to the website it’s supposed to be clear but it’s not, it has about the same tint as the sport touring VStream, other than not liking the tint it seems like it should work pretty good.

I buy last saturday the Madstad brackets with a Give Airflow screen. After 2 days of riding I can't find the sweetspot for the screen. The buffeting is stil going on.
Maybe because I'm 6'6" (200cm) but I aspect a lot more from the Airflow.

Maybe the D2119ST screen is better. Still searching.

I put on an old FJR windshield that I had from my previous FJR. Drilled some new mounting holes and I have a cold weather screen. Not pretty but it does the job until I put the stock back on in warmer weather.

Hi, I am 6’2”, not as tall as you, but my Givi Airflow is brilliant for me, no buffeting at all, and I still have a couple of inches if I want to raise it at all. I hope you can find the sweet spot that suits you.

If you'll pardon me pimping my For Sale ad, I've got a Parabellum tall windscreen for sale. It was a bit tall for me (I'm 6 ft), so I got their Medium version. There's a listing in the For Sale section.

Can't say if it would work for you, but it did offer good wind protection and is well made. If nothing else, it's cheaper then new and can always be resold.
