Hey all - just a heads-up that we're in the middle of a big upgrade to our webstore combined with a switch to a higher powered web server. The upgrade started at 4AM EST (there's not enough coffee in the world at that hour) and is largely done; we're just waiting for DNS to propagate the new nameservers (basically, when you type
www.advmotorrad.com, DNS and nameservers make sure you actually get there!). The new website has a nicer interface and is much more responsive, and will also allow for "Phase 2" of this project - integrating real-time inventory sync from our accounting system. The new server and hosting partner should have more than enough blasting power to handle our current business and planned growth. As our business has grown over the last few years, we were starting to find the limits of our old server - a good problem to have, but definitely a problem that needed solving.
Net-net - you may see some "ghosts in the machine" and/or have some difficulty accessing the site over the next 24-ish hours as the DNS updates push out globally and everything settles down.
