Just a heads-up regarding the ACD skid-plate for a 2013 S10 with after-market headers... it does not fit! Tried fitting the well-built ACD skid-plate to my '13 S10 with after-market headers... rear mounting bracket is 1/2 " short... had to re-drill holes and move it rearward on plate after pounding the rear lip flat. Was able to get it to fit... barely. I talked to ACD and sent them photos/schematic of necessary modifications to allow easy fitment. Not sure if they will address the problem, as the skid-plates are made in Spain and the U.S. operation only sells them. Overall, the entire bottom of skid-plate needs to be at about 1" longer, to accommodate rear mounting bracket movement 1/2" back and front plate room to clear after-market headers. Front upper mounting bracket/holes need to be 1/2 higher. NOT looking forward to having to drop it to do oil changes!!! Suck!

I cut mine out and moved the rear bracket back one inch... finally fits, but having to remove the center-stand bolts and springs for an oil change is going to be a PITA. Looking at other skid plate options now. Sad, because it provides good protection, but they don't note that it won't fit with after-market headers. ;(
