ACD Skid Plate….with what crash bar ??

Just got a ACD Skid Plate…..went to mount it, and not compatible with my crash bars……so leaves me with two questions.
1. What kind of crash bars are these on the bike? (Bought it used, and there is no name on them…so please see picture).
2. What crash bars have you all used/recommend for the ACD Skid plate / crash bar set up, that is available?? Seems like finding parts for the ST since I have got the bike is becoming more and more of a challenge.

ACD says their bars are compatible with the following bars:
1. SW-Mototech
2. Touratech
3. Altrider (onl;y available in Europe what I am seeing)
4. Givi

So again, any recommendations/comments pics of your set up weit

That's a T-rex cage, they make a skid plate for that cage.

your Tenere has T-Rex crashbars, I have the same ones on mine, they also sell a nice steel skid plate for $255

ordered my T-Rex stuff over the phone, if you like T-Rex on Facebook they will give you a discount, at least they did when I ordered a few years ago.

I have AltRider crash bars mounted on my '13 which also has an ACD Racing skid plate installed.

Sadly, it's becoming more and more common for large-ticket aftermarket specialty items to be "out of stock" or NLA....mostly due to a 12 year old platform that eventually (if rumors are to be believed) will be discontinued sooner rather than later.

Looks like you’re gonna have to stay away from the underwater baby heads for a while...

Tabasco makes a nice one for $700 and a couple weeks. I have the Trex bars and plate. I took the sliders off the bars with the idea that I'd rather the bars slide over stuff than the slide protectors catch something.

Like the color of your bike. Have a bicycle with that same mocha color.

yeah, phone call would be best. Speak with an actual person, doesn't mean you will speak with an intelligent individual but a phone call is the next logical step.
Lately what I have read on this forum is complaints about erroneous stock status and a simple phone call can solve that issue. That goes in both directions.
Then at least you could differentiate a possible lie from a data error.
BTW when the stock status is displayed it may not anticipate work in process. An order for stock may be paused for one more operation and be just a short time away from completion pending demand.
Your phone call can be that demand. Oh the power :)

I have the Outback-Motortek with ACD plate on mine, love them, great combo. Extremely sturdy and your not adding alot of unnecessary weight like some of these massive cages.

I have a T-Rex plate in the For Sale section for a while now. Brand new

SOLD T-Rex skid plate $225 shipped 48 CONUS

I bought this plate just as I contemplated rebuilding my engine. I then decided not to and bought another S10 with a plate I am content with. It is brand new and still have the box and wrapper it came in.
